Your Mission:

Must-Have Skills:

● Overall 18 + and 10+ years of proven technical leadership in architecture or engineering within high-performance environments.

● Deep full-stack understanding across front-end, back-end, and cloud ecosystems.

● Strong product engineering background with the ability to translate business needs into robust engineering outcomes.

● Excellent people-management skills, including mentoring, performance management, and culture-building.

● Expertise in scaling systems, optimizing performance, and improving engineering processes.

● Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with executive presence.

● Experience leading teams across multiple time zones.

● Data-driven decision-making with the ability to execute with confidence.

● Advanced problem-solving abilities with a hands-on engineering mindset.

● Flexible to travel as required by business needs.
