Job Role: In-house Sales Representative

We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Sales Professionals to join our in-house sales team. This role is ideal for MBA/BBA freshers or candidates who want to build a strong career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Perform lead generation and client research
  • Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements
  • Pitch company products and convert leads into sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Willingness to learn CRM tools and sales techniques
  • Energetic, proactive, and target-driven mindset
  • Freshers with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
