JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Complying with all the Annual compliances, such as:

  • Annual filing of the company
  • Intimation of Deposit
  • MSME Declarations
  • Annual Declarations from directors
  • Appointment of Directors
  • Appointment of Auditors

2. Compliance related to fundraising

  • Preparing resolutions and Forms such as PAS-3, MGT-14, GNL-2, PAS-4, etc.
  • Monitoring the entire Round with the compliance check.
  • Preparing and Issuing the share certificate
  • Arranging for the required stamp duty on every certificate issued.

  • Updating the Required statutory books after every round.

  • To execute the transfer of Equity and CCPS shares of the shareholders

  • To comply with the procedure to restate the AOA/MOA or other statutory documents of the company as and when required.

  • Compliance related to an increase in authorised capital.

  • Addressing the Query of the Investors (Shareholders)

7 . Updating the Statutory Registers, such as the register of members, Directors and Transfer

8 . Liaising with the other stakeholders, such as Statutory Auditors and practising Company Secretaries, and Lawyers.

  1. Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meetings, General Meetings, notices and other normal Secretarial Documents such as Agendas, Attendance sheets, Director's Reports, and Notices of Meetings (Board and Shareholders), including Shorter Notice Consents.

  2. Maintaining and updating the trackers such as Compliance Tracker, Cap Table (Shareholders List), Investment Tracker, Master Share Certificates sheet, etc.

  3. Monitoring every other compliance that is required under the Indian Laws and adhering to them.

  4. Keeping yourself updated with the recent changes and developments.

Who we are looking for:

  • A candidate who has appeared or cleared the CS Professional or is a recent LLB graduate
  • Highly active to learn and taking part in the legal affairs of the Company.
  • Well-versed with the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Basic knowledge of G Suite.

  • Management Trainee Period: 12 Months (Will be converted to a permanent Full-Time role after a year)
