Designation - Intern Team - Legal Location - BKC, Mumbai Key Responsibilities
  • Works closely with legal team to understand D&B's legal process & business
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and contracts
  • Support the legal team in day-to-day operational tasks
  • Draft and review emails for legal team communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for email correspondence for easy retrieval and reference
  • Monitor incoming emails and ensure prompt responses to queries and requests from clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee the maintenance of databases, ensuring all documents are accurately cataloged and up-to-date
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal coordination between the legal department and other business units
  • Any graduate/post graduate aspiring to work with a Multinational brand like D&B
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Email Correspondence Proficiency
  • Basic understanding of corporate finance and corporate secretarial /compliance functions and responsibilities 
  • Practical internship experience in Legal, Corporate Secretarial or Finance is preferred
