Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Rigger with experience in the telecom field. The ideal candidate will have 1 + years of hands-on experience and be comfortable working at heights, including on telecom towers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work on telecom towers and related infrastructure.
  • Ensure all rigging operations adhere to safety standards and protocols.
  • Climb towers and work at elevated heights to install antennas, radios, and other telecom equipment.
  • Assist engineers and technicians in field operations.
  • Maintain tools and rigging equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication.
  • 1+ years of relevant telecom field experience.
  • Must be physically fit and able to work at heights.
  • Basic understanding of telecom tower structures and equipment.
  • Ability to travel and work in field conditions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of safety harness use and tower climbing techniques.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
