Business Analyst

Responsibilities:Collaborate with Managers to gather and understand business needs and challenges.Analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and non -functional requirements.Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.Model and document current and future business processes.Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.Participate in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet user expectations.Create and maintain project documentation, including requirement documents, process models, and user guides.Support change management activities and assist stakeholders in the transition to new systems or processes. RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools.Experience in documenting business processes and creating functional specifications.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
