The Business Analyst acts as a crucial link between business needs and technology solutions focused on improving customer service within the US healthcare landscape.The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities,excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of business operations and IT systems.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather detailed requirements, and define project objectives and scope. Translate business needs into clear and well-structured requirements documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements specifications (FRS), user stories, and use cases. Analyze and document current state processes and identify areas for improvement.*Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.*Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards.*Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress.*Prioritize requirements and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.*Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating appropriately and providing recommendations and solutions to resolve them.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred (but not mandatory):Experience in customer service or benefits administration of US Healthcare Customer Service,AGM Pega Framework Experience.Experience working with Pega applications.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
