THE ROLE - BUSINESS ANALYST We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst for Requirements Engineering with expertise in technical IT systems to join our dynamic team In this role you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring that our IT systems align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional value You will gather analyze and translate complex business requirements into clear actionable technical specifications Your work will play a crucial role in driving innovation and operational efficiency across our IT landscape and across locations If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for aligning IT systems with business goals this is the perfect opportunity for you Join us to make a difference in how technology drives success in a global organization YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with stakeholders including business teams developers and system architects to gather and analyze requirements for IT systems Translate business needs into technical specifications ensuring feasibility and alignment with system capabilities Document and maintain detailed functional and non-functional requirements ensuring clarity for all stakeholders Assist in designing system workflows interfaces and data exchanges to meet business needs Coordinate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units ensuring alignment and addressing any gaps Validate implemented solutions through testing and feedback ensuring they meet documented requirements Continuously refine processes for requirements gathering and documentation to enhance efficiency WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Technical Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer Business Analyst or similar role in IT-focused projects Strong understanding of technical IT systems architectures and integrations Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews workshops and document analysis Ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation including system specifications user stories and process flows Experience as Test Engineer in cooperation with Software Developers is welcome Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence or other requirements management platforms Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex systems Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal Personal Require 3 years of technology experience with trending technologies At least 3 years of experience in design and development of software experience with large multinational organisations is highly preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proactive cost reduction automation and improvements in process efficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly motivated and results oriented High energy able to motivate collaborate and to generate followership Strong communication skills with demonstrated capability in engaging a large distributed organisation WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary Self Family Health Insurance Term Life Insurance OPD Benefits Employees Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme EDLI Learning Development through HL Academy Flexible Work from Home Leave Travel Allowance Variable performance bonus Recreation facilities Privilege Casual and Sick leaves
