Job Title: International Sales Manager -API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient)
Company: GenAide Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd.
Job Summary:
GenAide Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager with 3-4 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales across international markets. The ideal candidate must have a track record of successful business development outside India and must have personally visited and worked in at least one overseas market.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned international markets.
* Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients abroad.
* Achieve sales targets and expand market share for Genaide's pharmaceutical products internationally.
* Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
* Visit overseas markets as needed to manage relationships, conduct negotiations, and understand regulatory environments.
* Collaborate with internal teams (regulatory, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
* Participate in international trade fairs, conferences, and exhibitions to represent Genaide's portfolio.
* Oversee the negotiation and closure of commercial agreements with international partners.
* Monitor compliance with international regulatory standards and company policies.
* Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
Required Experience & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
* 3-4 years of hands-on international sales experience in the API Sales only.
* Proven record of sales growth and new business acquisition outside India.
* Mandatory experience of having visited and actively worked in at least one international market.
* Deep understanding of international regulatory requirements and export procedures in pharmaceutical business.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
