We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist 

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI Developer with 12–15 years of expertise in designing and developing modern, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies, UI/UX best practices, and a proven track record of leading UI projects from concept to deployment.

In this role, you will: 

• Lead the design and development of complex, responsive web applications using and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Translate UX wireframes and design mockups into response, pixel-perfect user interface
• Implement component-driven architecture using reusable UI components and design systems
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, accessibility and scalability
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL Endpoints
• Participate and drive coding standards, code review and design discussions to ensure best practices
• Contribute to evolve organization's front end development standards, tooling and CI/CD Practices
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Architect and implement reusable UI components, ensuring consistency and scalability.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12–15 years of professional experience in UI development.
• Must have a prior experience of leading UI teams and large-scale UI Projects
• Should have an experience on Architecture Patterns like, Micro-Front-End , layered architecture, micro-service architecture
• Should have a deep understanding of API Design Standards and must be able to translate and integrate with backend services built suing spring, python
• Should have experience with Typescript and Javascript (ES6+)
• Expert proficiency in , HTML5, and CSS3/SASS/LESS.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
• Proficient in using version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Should have knowledge of Security Frameworks like JWT, TLS, oAuth
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Understanding of UI analytics, A/B Testing and user journey tracking

Preferred

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
