Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily backend and office operations.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order and inventory management.
- Make follow-up calls to clients and vendors as required.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in office coordination, customer support, or operations.
- Good communication and telephone handling skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Organized, responsible, and good at multitasking.
