  • Oversee the daily operations of the Quick Commerce hubs across PAN India, ensuring efficient order processing, packing, and dispatch.
  • Manage and optimize the delivery fleet and personnel to achieve target delivery times and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts and wastage.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
  • Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage and resolve any customer complaints or delivery issues promptly and effectively.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor internal team, delivery personnel and other operational staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, business, and technology to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.
