We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support business operations across multiple company verticals. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, operational management skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Finance:

  • Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers in Tally/Zoho Books.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and income tax compliance with CA support.
  • Assist in preparing payroll, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Track project-wise revenues, expenses, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.

Operations Management:

  • Support administrative and office operations (procurement, inventory, logistics).
  • Coordinate with HR for attendance, leaves, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain agreements, vendor contracts, and payment schedules.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Assist management in data reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
  • Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent.
  • Certification in accounting software (preferred but not mandatory).
