We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting international customers, and providing effective solutions with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Resolve queries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required.
  • Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts.
  • Candidates with prior BPO / International Voice Process experience will have an added advantage.
