1. International Voice Process Customer Support (Gachibowli) -- TELEPERFORMANCE

Salary: Up to 4.3 LPA Eligibility:

  • Undergraduate/Graduate
  • Minimum 1+ year of International Voice Customer Support experience (mandatory)



2. International Voice Process – Customer Support (Madhapur) with Tech Mahindra

Salary: Up to 4.9 LPA

Eligibility:

  • Graduates/Undergraduates
  • Minimum 6 months of International Voice experience

**KEY HIGHLIGHTS** :

Voice Job Description:

  • Handle inbound calls for international customers and provide customer support
  • Good customer handling skills
  • Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice
  • Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication
  • Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
  • Education: HSC/Inter, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
  • Experience: Both Freshers and International Voice Experienced candidates can apply
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Must not be pursuing regular education.
  • Comfortable working for voice process and night shifts: 24/7 shifts with 2 rotational Offs
