QMS Development and Implementation:

Establishing and maintaining the QMS according to relevant standards like ISO 9001, AS9100, or IEC & 2, as applicable.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to all relevant standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Documentation:

Managing and controlling QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and control plans.

Audits:

Conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits, and managing responses to audit findings.

Non-Conformance Management:

Identifying, investigating, and resolving non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).

Customer Complaints:

Managing customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures.
