- QMS
- ISO / IATF
- Automation / Sheet Metal Fabrication / Welding / Plastics Components
- SQA
- Quality Core Tools
- Analysis of customer complaints
- Collaborate with the upper management team to set quality benchmarks
- Oversee production to ensure conformity in final product processing
- Proactive working for Reducing IHR and Customer Complaints
- Skill development of QA Team
- Supplier Quality Improvement
- Daily Review of Inward QA, In process QA and Final QA. (fabrication, Plating & Powder coating
- Active Participation in New Part Development
- Implementation of Kaizen & Poka-Yoke
- Working on cost of poor quality
- Control on In-house Rejection
- Inward and outward material quality inspection control
- Taking Actions on defect found at customer side and in house
- Taking actions from CFT on quality issues
- Vendor Audits
- Actions on vendor quality issues
- Vendor quality rating
- TPM activities
- Making and presenting kizens
- 8 Disciplines
- ISO Audit documentation
- ISO Awareness (Implementation)
