About The Opportunity
A leader in IT Services & Consulting focused on Enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) and digital workflow automation. We deliver secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions that streamline operations, accelerate incident-to-resolution cycles, and modernize employee and customer service experiences. This is an on-site role based in India supporting implementation, customization and integrations across enterprise IT landscapes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy ServiceNow customizations and scoped applications across ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB and related modules.
  • Author and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions) using GlideRecord and platform APIs.
  • Build and manage Flow Designer workflows, IntegrationHub spokes, and REST/SOAP integrations for third-party systems and automation use-cases.
  • Implement Service Catalog items, catalog workflows, variables and approval logic; manage update sets, application scopes and release packaging.
  • Perform unit testing, create Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize performance for production traffic.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners and operations teams to translate requirements into robust, maintainable solutions and document designs and runbooks.
