Role (Standardized Title):
ServiceNow Developer — On-site (India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom scoped applications, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server to connect ServiceNow with external systems and data sources.
  • Build and enhance Service Portal pages and widgets to deliver intuitive, responsive end-user experiences.
  • Use Flow Designer and Automation Engine to create low-code process automations and event-driven workflows aligned with ITSM best practices.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and apply upgrade-safe development patterns (update sets, scoped app best practices).
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and maintain documentation.
