Job Details

  • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
  • Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)
  • Shift Timing: General Shift (8:30 AM 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
  • Location: KIADB Narasapura Industrial Area, Kolar – 563133, Karnataka, India

Role: Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer – Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Management

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sourcing of all material in line with company procurement policies
  • Source, evaluate, and manage vendors (pricing, contracts, payment terms, delivery & quality)
  • Maintain and update sourcing records, inward & outward reports for purchase
  • Build and sustain strong supplier relationships
  • Work closely with suppliers for effective support
  • Track & report functional metrics to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Streamline procurement processes and ensure balanced buying
  • Coordinate dispatch and logistics as required

Position Details

  • Reporting To: Executive Vice President – Operations
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
  • Strong product knowledge with a quick learning ability
  • Organized and result-driven approach
  • Team player with proactive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office & ERP software
