**Job Description**:
As the Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our supply chain operations are efficient, cost-effective, and able to meet the demands of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize the supplier base and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as production, engineering, and quality control, to ensure alignment between supply chain activities and business objectives
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain optimization projects
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the supply chain, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and supply chain best practices
