Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior MIS Executive with a strong background in IT to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing resource allocation within the business unit, ensuring efficient utilization of human and financial resources aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the allocation and utilization of resources across the business unit.
  • Manage human resources and associated financials to ensure alignment with project and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess resource requirements, plan allocations, and resolve resource-related challenges.
  • Ensure effective deployment of resources from the internal pool to open positions.
  • Drive maximum billability and minimize bench time across the unit.
  • Generate and maintain accurate reports; analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely fulfillment of roles with quality candidates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in IT services or a similar domain is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in MIS, resource management, or workforce planning within the IT industry.
