Job Title: Senior MIS Executive / Senior Data Analyst

Department: Operations / Business Intelligence / Management Reporting

Location: Nagarbhavi, Bangalore.

Job Summary:

The Senior MIS Executive is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing management information systems and dashboards. The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, automation, dashboards, and data visualization), and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards using
    Advance Google Sheets
    and
    Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
    .
  • Use advanced
    Google Sheets functions
    (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, FILTER, IMPORTRANGE, REGEX, Apps Script, etc.) to automate data processing.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to provide accurate business insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR) to identify reporting needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
  • Design and implement
    data validation

    error-checking systems

  • Develop
    automated workflows
    using
    Google Apps Script
    or
    AppSheet
    .
  • Present insights and trends to management for decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation of reports, processes, and data flow.

Key Skills Required:

  • Expert in Google Sheets
    (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboarding).
  • Strong in Google Apps Script
    for automation.
  • Data analysis and visualization
    using Google Data Studio or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of
    SQL
    ,
    Excel
    , or
    Power BI
    is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in MIS / Data Analytics / Business Reporting.
  • Proven track record of building complex and automated reporting systems using Google Sheets.

Preferred Tools:

  • Advance Google Sheets & Apps Script
  • Google Forms, Google Drive Automation
  • Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
  • SQL / Excel / Power BI (optional)
  • Basic understanding of APIs and data connections
