Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decision-making. The role involves maintaining databases, preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy for smooth operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
  • Generate performance tracking reports for various departments.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
  • Automate reports using Excel formulas/macros or business tools.
  • Coordinate with departments to gather required information.
  • Monitor and track KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational performance.
  • Prepare presentations, charts, and graphs for management review.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data security policies.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Advanced formulas).
  • Experience with Power BI / Tableau (optional but preferred).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (optional).

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in MIS / data analysis / reporting roles.

  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong work ethics and responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
