  • Design and oversee MEP systems for construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers for project implementation.
  • Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MEP systems during construction and after completion.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification :- Diploma/ BE (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil
  • Must have 3-5 Years Experience in Residential & other building construction
  • Proven experience in MEP design and implementation for real estate projects.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
