Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our real estate development team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and coordinate all MEP systems in line with project requirements.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Supervise MEP installation work at sites, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and consultants for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and report progress to management.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems before commissioning.
  • Troubleshoot site issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, energy regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare cost estimates and assist in procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
  • Maintain documentation and as-built drawings for handover and maintenance phases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, fire-fighting, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant design software.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience).

Pay: ₹60, ₹65,000.00 per month
