HR Executive Opportunity (Full-Time Role)

This is a full-time role with long-term growth potential.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 (Based on interview & skill assessment)
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (No earning limit)
- Full-time role confirmation based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle End-to-End Recruitment processes for IT roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage Non-IT hiring requirements, including positions for government bodies.
- Conduct telephonic screening, evaluate candidate fitment, and schedule interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
- Confident and clear telephonic communication style.
Hands-on experience with:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- Social Media platforms
- A strong interest in HR, hiring, and people engagement.
Additional Requirements:
- Only candidates who can commute daily to Sector 63, Noida should apply.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome.
