About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven
Senior Sales Specialist
to join our
B2C US Sales Team
. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our international business group, helping professionals in the US market achieve their learning and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition

  • Convert high-quality leads generated through diverse marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities among existing customers.
  • Leverage referrals from satisfied customers to grow the sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand customer needs deeply and provide consultative sales support.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Manage key accounts and nurture long-term client relationships.

Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee pre-sales to post-sales activities to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Neutral accent and strong presentation skills for a global audience.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
  • Must be based in Bangalore and open to working from the office.
