Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Actively identify and generate leads for potential buyers, sellers, and tenants through various channels including cold calling, networking, online portals, social media, and community engagement.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique property needs, preferences, and investment goals.
- Provide personalized guidance and exceptional customer service throughout their real estate journey.
- Property Showcasing & Consultation:Arrange and conduct engaging site visits to properties, effectively highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Provide accurate information on property specifications, amenities, pricing, and neighborhood details.
- Advise clients on market trends, property values, legal requirements, and financial aspects (e.g., home loan options).
- Market Research & Analysis:Continuously research and stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, property values, new project launches, and competitive offerings within Nashik and its developing areas.
- Analyze market data to provide informed advice to clients and identify new opportunities.
- Sales & Negotiation:Guide clients through the entire sales, purchase, or leasing process, from initial inquiry to final agreement.
- Assist clients in effective negotiation of property terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Lead discussions to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Documentation & Compliance:Assist clients with the necessary paperwork, including property agreements, booking forms, and legal documentation.
- Ensure all transactions comply with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) and other relevant local and national real estate regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Target Achievement:Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Post-Sales Support:Provide essential support to clients even after the deal closure, ensuring a smooth handover and addressing any post-transaction queries to ensure high client satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Local Communication:Communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse clients, property owners, and internal teams. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is crucial for effective interaction and building rapport in the local market. Good English proficiency is required for documentation, official correspondence, and interaction with a broader client base.
