Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage residential sales operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote properties and drive sales growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and meetings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive real estate landscape.

Work location : Perumbakkam, Chennai

Notice period : Immediate

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (residential sales, commercial sales).
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, including property types, zoning regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills for building client relationships and negotiating deals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets and deadlines.
