Real Estate Professional Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Meet clients in person to understand their property requirements or to present suitable property options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Property Sourcing and Listing: Identify and list new properties for sale or rent by liaising with property owners, builders, and developers. Verify property details, collect required documentation, and update the internal database.
  • Site Visits and Inspections: Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers or tenants. Ensure the property is well-presented during inspections.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure Support: Facilitate negotiations between property owners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive verbal communication to present property details effectively.
  • Market Knowledge: Awareness of current property rates, market demand, and investment hotspots.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to convince clients of property value and benefits.
