Job Title: Finance Strategy Valuation, Fundraising, M&A & Venture Capital

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Finance Strategy professional to partner with senior leadership in driving our strategic growth agenda. The role involves leading initiatives in business valuation, capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, and venture capital engagement, while providing insights to guide high-impact decisions. Candidates from investment banking and venture capital backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Valuation & Financial Modeling: Develop and manage robust financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and prepare valuation reports to support investment decisions.
- Fundraising Support: Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, and investment memorandums; engage with potential investors, including venture capital firms, and funding partners.
- M&A Execution: Identify potential acquisition targets, conduct due diligence, lead financial analysis, and support deal structuring and negotiations.
- Venture Capital Engagement: Work closely with VC firms to explore funding opportunities, align with strategic investors, and represent the company in relevant forums.
- Strategic Financial Advisory: Provide insights on capital structuring, market trends, and competitive positioning to support leadership in decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with investment bankers, legal advisors, VCs, and consultants to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor post-transaction integration and track ROI against strategic objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, or M&A advisory
- Hands-on experience engaging with venture capital firms and navigating VC funding processes
- Strong expertise in valuation methodologies (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
- Excellent financial modeling, presentation, and analytical skills
- Experience in deal execution, due diligence, and stakeholder management
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
- Exposure to the technology or IT services sector preferred
Education
- MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred
