Job Title Finance Account Manager Location BANGALORE Department Finance Reports To COO Job Type Full-Time Experience 2-3 YEARS NOTE Looking for Young dynamic hard-working professional who is looking for building a long-term career with an organisation The Growth Opportunity is immense and selected candidate would be inducted in the leadership program in future Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Account Manager to oversee all financial and accounting functions of the organization The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day accounting operations This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles Key Responsibilities Financial Management Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Accounting Operations Oversee daily accounting activities including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules Assistance in Compliance Reporting Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including tax filings audits and statutory reporting Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits Maintain and update internal financial policies and procedures Qualifications Education Certifications Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or related field Master s degree preferred Experience with ERP accounting software Tally Experience Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance Skills Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and leadership abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel Preferred Attributes Experience in manufacturing or retail
