Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Mantone Printpack Pvt Ltd. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing excellent service. Daily tasks will include managing sales pipelines, training team members, and driving marketing initiatives to promote the company's innovative printing and packaging solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and the internal team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Sales and Sales Management experience with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to develop and conduct Training sessions to enhance team performance and knowledge.
  • Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to develop impactful marketing initiatives.
  • High level of organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
  • Prior experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
