We are a growing garment manufacturing company specializing in high-quality apparel. We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.)
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images to maximize visibility and sales
• Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate inventory and product information
• Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and online marketing metrics
• Handle online orders, returns, and customer queries efficiently
• Support social media and digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement
• Stay updated with current e-commerce trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce management (preferably in apparel or consumer goods)
• Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and data analytics
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and online content management
