Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales/Human Resource Executive based in Noida. The International Sales candidate will oversee international sales processes, build relationships with clients across various countries, and manage event-related communications. Additionally, the HR role involves HR responsibilities, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling HR operations, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring the smooth execution of events and HR processes are integral to this role.

Qualifications

International Sales (Exp:0-2 yrs):

  • Onsite Coordination and Management Skills
  • Experience in exhibition stand sales and business development is cumpalsory.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Strategy Making Skills for Sales
  • Fluent English Communication and other language is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
