About the Role

As a CRM Executive at HamBOLDS Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in customer engagement. You will proactively reach out to potential customers, address their queries, and guide them through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service will contribute directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to customers who have abandoned their carts via phone, email, or chat & solve their queries and doubts.

  • Provide detailed explanations of product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism.

  • Follow up with interested customers to encourage them to complete their purchases.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions.

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize CRM strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or sales support.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle customer queries effectively and persuasively.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
