Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Female Accounts Manager with strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 to manage the overall accounting operations of the company. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the entire accounting cycle including Accounts Payable, Receivable, General Ledger, and Banking.
  • Handle daily accounting entries and reconciliation in Tally ERP 9.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements.
  • File GST, TDS, PF, and ESI returns on time.
  • Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and payroll.
  • Prepare MIS reports, and assist management in financial planning and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all vouchers, bills, and receipts.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred:

  • Female candidate with Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in accounts management.
  • Experience in construction / trading / manufacturing sector preferred.
  • Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
