Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Marketing & Brand Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Coordinate advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels.
3. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
- Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and conduct regular reviews.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and partners.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a superior client experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and market insights to drive product and service improvements.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate ROI of campaigns and initiatives to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of 8–12 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing software, and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
