Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Marketing & Brand Management

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels.

3. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
  • Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and conduct regular reviews.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and partners.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a superior client experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market insights to drive product and service improvements.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Evaluate ROI of campaigns and initiatives to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 8–12 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing software, and MS Office.
