Role Overview:

As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be the face of Tanishq — assisting customers in finding jewellery that matches their style and occasion while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.
  • Present and explain product features, purity, and value to customers.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer queries, exchanges, and billing smoothly.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and new launches.
  • Adhere to company policies, including KYC, security, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1–10 years in retail sales (Jewellery, Apparel, Luxury, or FMCG preferred).

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer service orientation
  • Confidence and grooming suitable for a premium retail environment
  • Basic computer knowledge for billing and CRM
