Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities
- Food and beverage preparation: Prepare menu items, including hot drinks, according to company specifications and food safety standards.
- Customer service: Greet customers, assist with orders (including using self-serve kiosks), answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order taking and delivery: Accurately take orders and deliver food and drinks to tables, identifying the correct customer.
- Cleaning and sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, dining space, and restrooms by cleaning tables, sweeping, and performing other sanitation duties.
- Stocking and inventory: Monitor and restock supplies, ensuring products are fresh and readily available.
- Team support: Communicate effectively with team members, assist with training new staff, and help out where needed.
- Cash handling: Operate the register, handle payments, and balance the till.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems or self-serve technology can be beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹11, ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 36 per week
