  • Manage customer complaints, queries, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Handle complex issues related to after sales service, including warranty claims processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in after sales support or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of complaint handling, query resolution, solving queries, customer handling, and relationship management.
  • Excellent English language skills for effective communication with international clients.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as required by business needs.
