Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition, strengthen long-term relationships, and directly contribute to revenue growth. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to collaborate with international clients and senior leadership.

Compensation & Experience

  • Salary (OTE): ₹60,000 – ₹80,000/month (inclusive of performance-based incentives)
  • Experience Required: 2–4 years in Business Development / Sales

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential clients in collaboration with the BDE team.
  • Conduct discovery and consultative sales calls to understand client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and project timelines.
  • Support in achieving monthly acquisition and deal closure targets.

Account Management & Client Retention

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct periodic client check-ins to review progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Identify upselling opportunities, manage change requests, and lead negotiations.
  • Oversee invoicing, payment follow-ups, and client communication.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client data, communications, and pipeline activities in CRM.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics to leadership.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams for seamless handovers and onboarding.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, MS Excel, Apple Pages, and CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours for international client time zones.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital agency environments.
  • Exposure to proposal writing, client invoicing, and milestone-based project management.
