We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join our client's engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and scaling high-performance backend systems for large distributed applications.

Requirements
*Key Responsibilities*

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy backend applications using Golang for highly scalable systems.
  • Work on large distributed environments with a deep understanding of system performance, scaling, and optimization.
  • Build low-latency, high-volume RESTful services and backend components.
  • Apply strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed architectures, and asynchronous systems.
  • Work effectively in Linux-based production environments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in OOP principles and design patterns.
  • Lead continuous refactoring and code improvements to maintain high-quality architecture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define, scope, review, and refine technical requirements and user stories.
  • Plan, estimate, and deliver releases predictably.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases for performance-oriented data modeling.
  • Solve complex engineering challenges with curiosity, innovation, and ownership.
  • Communicate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.

Required Skills
Must-Haves

  • 6+ years of experience in backend engineering within large-scale distributed systems.
  • Strong hands-on development experience in Golang.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong foundation in DSA and system design.
  • Experience with Linux environments and high-performance, scalable backend systems.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience running web services at scale and knowledge of systems internals or networking.
  • Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS communication protocols.
