Location: Akshay Nagar, Bengaluru

Work hours 5 days a week / 9:30 PM - 6:30 PM

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify B2B prospects in the Indian market.
  • Drive outreach through cold calling, emailing, and CRM management (Zoho).
  • Engage senior stakeholders (IT Heads, procurement leaders, and CIOs) and set up high-value meetings.
  • Position Finch IT's solutions as tailored answers to client challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets and deliver measurable impact.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years' experience in B2B sales/lead generation (IT sector a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools; eager to learn and adapt.
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
  • Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/IT (preferred).
