Major ResponsibilitiesClassification - Making packages of material numbers. Distributing the packages withinthe group for working. Working on packages.Quality Check Program - Checking material numbers with tool CheckMara programmonthly / quarterly for material numbers created by KSB colleagues globally. AssigningMDSC issues to respective MDM coordinator worldwide to solve it.Duplicate analysis – Finding duplicate material numbers weekly created by KSBcolleagues globally & assigning MDDC issues to respective MDM coordinator to solveit.Check Class Programme – Checking material numbers with CheckClass programbimonthly for material numbers created by KSB colleagues globally. Assigning MDSCclassification issues to respective MDM coordinator to solve it.WSZ creation – To create new WSZ as per request.MDR Tickets - Working on MDR tickets. To avoid and check back-log and to organize withinMDM group. To train for good quality of ticket processing.Training of new colleagues - Providing training material & schedule as per trainingplan. Giving demonstrations & training.Meeting preparation & making Minutes of Meeting - Discussion about running projects.Discussion about quality problems if any of KSB Tech. Discuss corrective & preventiveactions to avoid errors.Creating training handbooks - Understand the tasks & create the handbooks forworking on new projects or changes in working methods.Different projects – Working on small projects independently from concept to realisation.Participation in global projects as per the need.Requirement ProfileFormal education: Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringProfessional experience: > 10 years ( 3 years in specific environment )In YearsDefined competencies: Proficiency in MM module of SAP and MDM-rulesOrganisation of MDM at KSB AGWillingness to teach & guide othersGood communication skillTarget orientedCustomer focus
