Our site in Pune, India is seeking a  ​​​​​​​Principal Master Data Management​​​​​​​ to join our team. The ​​​​​​​Principal Master Data Management is responsible for leading the Data Management Team to support the data management requirements of the business. This position will be required to work cross functionally with supply chain, business process owners, operational and business leaders to understand their needs and provide data management solutions that ensures Entegris data is properly managed across the enterprise. This role is the primary interface to data execution roles and will be responsible for designing and maintaining a system where workflow, automation and data management structure meets business goals for lead times and reliability.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a team of Data Management experts who will support all aspects of data management including but not limited to master data management architecture, systems integrations, transformations, workflow management, system security, user interfaces, incorporate best practices, coaching, performance management and career development.
• Develop and lead the enterprise-wide Master Data Management strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of MDM systems and solutions, including alignment of business goals, regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
• Coordinate and collaborate for system integrations into central MDM system.
• Maintain high level of reliability for all data pipelines and systems integrations.
• Collaborate with Data Quality and Data Governance departments to ensure alignment of data management with quality and governance frameworks resulting in a cohesive integration into user interfaces, security roles, analytics and accountability models.
• Continually assess and optimize MDM process and workflows to reduce lead times and increase efficiency while meeting policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain MDM performance metrics and impacts, including the overall cost of data and lead time for new or changed data.
• Be a key partner for Business Process Owning functional COE, Business and Operational leaders, aggregating requirements, making enterprise level recommendations, gaining buy in and implementing Data Governance solutions and processes.
• Develop and maintain Security Roles that support the implementation of Data Governance across the organization, including key partnerships with other Security Role Owners to ensure Data Access is limited to what is required.
• Develop and maintain workflows for all managed attributes that comply with data standards and change management policies.
• Be a key partner and stakeholder for Master Data Execution Roles to ensure proper governance and controls are in place.
• Research best practices in data management and serves as a thought leader in this space.
• Participates and leads data management projects.
• Ensure that projects are on time and budget and meet the expected objectives.

What We Seek:

• ​​​​​​​Strong knowledge of data management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK).
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality and management.
• Experience with data integration and migration projects (SAP Preferred).
• Experience with large data management sets and system transformations to meet system needs.
• Experience with various analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, able to work independently.
• Must be adaptable and flexible.
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with all levels of employees and work cross-functionally across the organization.
• Able to multi-task and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical background and aptitude.
• Strong oral and written communications skills and an ability to influence both up and down in the organization.
• Able to develop and deliver training.
•  Ability to understand and define business requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in an IT, Master Data, Data Governance, or Supply Chain role.
• 5+ years in the manufacturing industry (High Tech / Semiconductor Preferred).
• 5+ years in a Direct People Management Role, with increasing managerial experience.
