Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecalling & Loan Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to engage potential customers over the phone, understand their financial needs, educate them on our various loan products, and successfully close sales. This role is crucial for our growth and requires a combination of excellent communication skills, resilience, and a strong sales aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and handle inbound calls/queries related to loan products (e.g., Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans).
  • Customer Engagement: Clearly explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and the application process to potential customers.
  • Needs Assessment: Consult with customers to understand their specific financial requirements and recommend the most suitable loan product.
  • Sales & Conversion: Persistently follow up with leads, overcome objections, and drive the sales process to achieve and exceed monthly loan disbursement targets.
  • Documentation: Guide customers through the necessary documentation and application completion process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer information, call logs, and sales activity reports accurately in the CRM system.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
