Job Description

1. Telesales Executive -

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in telesales / service sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (Travel Agents & Businesses)
  • Explain company services clearly and persuasively
  • Handle client queries and objections confidently
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve targets
  • Maintain daily call reports and follow-up data

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication & convincing power
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

2. Team Leader –

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years in telesales team handling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a telesales team of executives
  • Motivate, train, and support the team to achieve sales goals
  • Monitor team performance and ensure quality calls
  • Help team members in deal closing whenever required
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly targets with the team

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle escalations & close high-value deals
  • Result-driven mindset with proven sales record

Candidate Requirement (For Both Roles):

Must be from Delhi NCR only

  • Should have sales experience in services industry
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Only serious and target-oriented candidates
