Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the hospital's appointment system.
  • Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately.
  • Provide information about hospital services, doctors' availability, and visiting hours.
  • Collect co-pays, fees, and issue receipts when required.
  • Manage and organize the reception area to ensure it is clean and welcoming.
  • Handle patient admissions and discharge processes (if required).
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information as per HIPAA and hospital policies.
  • Liaise with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient flow and services.
  • Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and correspondence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • Certificate in Medical Office Administration or related field (Preferred).
  • Previous experience in a medical or hospital setting is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using computers, scheduling software, and office equipment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (Preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,974.96 per month
